Service desk orders for administrators

Administer science service desk

• Lab orders. This page list service orders that can be requested by lab leaders and lab coordinators, such as adding new lab users, changing storage and compute resources and data transfers.
• Data space orders. This page list service orders that can be requested by data space leaders and data space compliance administrators, such as adding new labs and external data exports.

Ask about cost

Use this button to query about costs related to your active data space and/or labs for new or ongoing services, for example related to resource changes, grant application and future projects.

• Who can order: Data space leaders, Data space financial administrators, Lab leaders and lab coordinators.
• Required attachment: None.
• Expected response time: Days.
• Expected delivery: One week.
• Cost: Included in your data space and lab subscription.
